Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) 2026

Our application portal for Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) 2026 requests is now open and will close on Tuesday, January 20^th, 2026.

For USACE and other WRDA project or policy requests, please fill out our Joint Request Form for Senators Padilla and Schiff here.

Please note that you only need to fill out the forms once per request for both offices, as this is the same WRDA submission form as the one included on the website of the Office of Senator Adam Schiff.

If you represent an entity that wants to make multiple requests, please submit a separate application for each request.

Please complete all parts of the form, including any relevant documentation and supporting documents.

Applications will close promptly at 11:59pm PST on Tuesday, January 20^th.

EPA Water Infrastructure 2026

Our application portal for EPA Water Infrastructure Re-Authorization requests is now open and will close on Tuesday, January 20^th, 2026.

For EPA Water Infrastructure requests, please fill out our Joint Request Form for Senators Padilla and Schiff here.
