California Gov. Gavin Newsom and U.S. Sens. Alex Padilla and Adam Schiff, along with local leaders, launched a campaign Thursday for what they are calling the Election Rigging Response Act at the Japanese-American National Museum in Los Angeles.
Padilla joined “Inside the Issues” host Amrit Singh to discuss the next steps in the battle over California’s congressional districts.
